Registration on 88fba is completely free. You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. Accounts created with false or incorrect information may be terminated at any time and any balance may be forfeited.

Information required at registration:

• Full Name (as per National ID)
• Active mobile number (Bangladeshi)
• Email Address
• Date of birth (must be 18 or older)
• BKash / Nagad / Rocket number (for payments)

Each person may operate one account only. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

KYC Verification:

88fba may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing withdrawals or for transactions above a certain amount. In such cases, you will need to submit a copy of your National ID or passport. All submitted information is stored securely.

• Placing opposing bets on the same event from multiple accounts (arbitrage) is prohibited

Involvement in any of the following activities may result in permanent account closure and legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts or having others create them on your behalf
• Using a false identity or another person's information
• Fraudulent use of the bonus system
• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or exploit the system
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Threatening or harassing other members
• Using bots or automated software

88fba reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account, for any reason and without prior notice, particularly in cases of rule violations.

Members may also request account closure at any time. Prior to closure, you will have the opportunity to withdraw any valid remaining balance.

• Bonus balance will be forfeited if the account is closed due to a rule violation
• Any valid cash balance will be refunded (upon completion of investigation)
• Permanently closed accounts cannot be reopened
